Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information — and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Overview

Arnaz Consulting LLC (“Arnaz Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.arnaz-consulting.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide

When you contact us, request a consultation, or enroll in a course, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, organization, email address, phone number, and anything you include in your message. We only ask for what we need to respond and to deliver our services.

Payment information

Course purchases are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly. Stripe passes back limited details, such as your name, email, and confirmation that a payment succeeded, so we can send your receipt and fulfill your enrollment.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed, how you arrived, and general device, browser, and approximate location information. This data is collected through cookies and is only gathered after you accept them (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure site usage and improve the experience. Analytics cookies are turned off by default and are only set if you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner. You can decline at any time, and essential site functions work either way.

You can change your choice later by clearing your browser’s stored data for this site, and you can block or remove cookies through your browser settings. We also use your browser’s local storage to remember your cookie preference and the contents of your cart — that information stays on your device and isn’t sent to us.

How we use your information

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations
  • Deliver our consulting services and provide course access
  • Process payments and send receipts
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website
  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to perform their work:

  • Formspree — delivers messages submitted through our contact form
  • Stripe — processes payments and sends receipts
  • Google Analytics — measures site usage (with your consent)
  • Netlify — hosts and serves the website

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. Each provider handles your data under its own privacy and security practices.

Data retention

We keep the information you send us only as long as we need it — to respond to you, provide our services, maintain our business records, and satisfy legal and accounting requirements. When it’s no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve provided, and you can opt out of analytics cookies at any time. Depending on where you live — for example, California, or the EU and UK — you may have additional rights over your data. Contact us using the details below and we’ll be glad to help.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and our payment and form providers use industry-standard security. No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information you share with us.

Children’s privacy

This site and our services are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to third-party websites and services, such as our Stripe checkout or our training partner, PECB. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices — their own policies govern any information you share with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
